Feeding Guide

Macaws & Cockatoos: 1/2 to 1 cup (approximately 56–112 g) per day. Amazons & other large parrots: 1/4 to 1/2 cup (approximately 28–56 g) per day. Always adjust portion sizes depending on your bird’s activity level, age, and body condition. Provide fresh water daily and remove uneaten food before the next feeding.

Transitioning Instructions

Begin by mixing 75% of the current food with 25% of the new dog/cat food for the first 3–4 days. Gradually adjust the ratio to 50% current food and 50% new food for the next 3–4 days. Then, mix 25% current food with 75% new food for another 3–4 days. Transition to 100% new dog/cat food. Ensure a gradual change over 10–14 days to prevent digestive upset. Always provide fresh water, and monitor your pet’s health and appetite during the transition
